Epic Winter Dolls Opinions | Ever After High Chip

Hey Guys, Today I will be sharing my opinions on the new Epic Winter dolls that are coming out in 2016. Obviously, no ones opinions are the same but I just thought I would share mine :)

First up, Apple White

Honestly, I don't know what Mattel was trying to achieve. She looks CREEPY.
If Apple didn't have that creepy smile, and molded leggings, she would be perfect! I don't know if I will be purchasing this doll but I hope that there a better dolls in the near future.


Secondly, Ashlynn Ella

Ashlynn is one of my favorite characters from Ever After High and in this line, she looks nothing like her webisode character! Her neck is way too long and again with the molded leggings. She doesn't have a creepy smile like Apple (which I am very thankful for), but her mouth is very long!


Next, Briar Beauty

Briar is a gorgeous character and in this line, I can only see one problem, THE MOLDED LEGGINGS! Other than that, briar is very pretty I would of liked to see more hot pink in her clothing though but she is perfect :)


Next, Madeline Hatter

Okay, Maddie doesn't have that WoNdErLaNdIfUl touch to her. She doesn't look Crazy and Silly. If you have seen the episodes, she is supposed to be weird and not have a nice, soft smile. Although her smile is very nice, it's just not Maddie! She is a very pretty doll and I am really getting annoyed by the molded leggings. Hopefully, these are just the prototypes.


Next, Blondie Lockes

Finally, a doll that is, how do you say it, JUST RIGHT! I'm not a big fan of Blondie Lockes, but she is gorgeous in this line. I will definitely be buying this doll when it comes out in the shops. I love the blue wool around her hood, it has a winter feel to it. I am so glad that she doesn't have molded leggings, but I am wondering why she is the only one without leggings :\ I am not complaining about this doll because she is Just Right :)



Lastly, Crystal Winter

YAY, a new character! I am so happy that there is a new character at Ever After High! Although I would be happier if they bought out dolls that were already at Ever After High, for example: Hopper Croakington, or Lily Bo'Peep, but I don't mind :) Crystals' prototype doll, in my opinion looked way better than it does here. She did have a blue belt and a lot more accessories, but obviously, Mattel didn't like Crystal with all the accessories. She is still a pretty doll ( with molded leggings ), and I will be purchasing this doll :)



BONUS!!! - ❄ Crystal Winter Sparkilizer Play-set ❄

First off, I'm not sure why there is a normal Crystal Winter doll and then there is a play-set with her in it? Apparently, you put Crystal in this machine thing ( shown up above ) and then glitter sprays her? What is the point of this exactly. How would you clean her? If you went in the bath with her ( as most kids do ) it would be a mess to clean up! GLITTER GLITTER GLITTER. I know how hard it is to clean up glitter. Okay, now to the good things about this doll. She has a pet! :0 Finally! I was getting annoyed that only Monster High had pets for their dolls that I was just about to purchase one and make a custom out of it. Crystals pet owl though is ADORABLE. I do like that stickers come with this play-set though as it gives the pack a creativity feel to it :) If I purchase Crystal Winters Play-set, I won't be using the play-set but I will keep the doll. I am happy that she has a glitter skin tone that matches Faybelle's skin.


7/10 for this line. There could be a lot more improvements of the dolls, but I am happy that it got better in the end :) My favorite in this line is Blondie Lockes.
